Double-sided Wrap-around Totebags for SomeOne

This was a project with a particularly quick turnaround for the design agency SomeOne, based on Leonard Street, London (http://www.someoneinlondon.com/). I was commissioned to produce a very limited run of tote-bags for a pitch with Goldman Sachs.

The design was quite technically challenging in screen-printed form, as it required a two layer print, on both sides of the bag, but aligned in a manner to allow the text to be read perfectly from back to front. Any deviation would be really noticeable.

I worked out that the best method of producing this "wrap-around" effect would involve using two large fabric screens, mounting board cut perfectly to the dimensions of the tote bags, a fabric table with screen printing hinges and a lot of registration to make sure that the lettering prints in the exact position every time.
