Making Tracks Posters- 18th October

Making Tracks is the acclaimed musical performance and short film showcase frequently held at Rich Mix centre, just off Brick Lane. Hosted by Whirlygig Cinema, the evening combines films from up and coming film makers with new live musical scores by the highly talented musicians of The Cabinet of Living Cinema.

I've been working with Katie Steed and Stephen Brandwood of Whirlygig Cinema, creating posters and web graphics for many of their events. This time, I had the opportunity to make the most of the screen printing facilities at Print Club to bring the posters to life!

Posters for Whirlygig Cinema

Whirlygig Cinema is a busy short film and music project set up by founders Katie Steed & Steve Brandwood. Ever since their first screening in June 2010, the pair have been collaborating with film makers, poets, musicians and visual artists to showcase new and emerging cinematic talent. The project has boosted performances all around London (and even one at Wychwood festival), and has also produced an affiliated evening called Making Tracks, featuring the amazing Cabinet of Living Cinema.

I was asked by Katie to produce a few posters for a couple of upcoming events this month:
